- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. Equal sugar substitute
- 1/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- In small saucepan, combine first 8 ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- Stir every 2 or 3 minutes.
- Remove from stove; add sugar substitute and mix well.
- This will keep in refrigerator several weeks.
- This recipe makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings.
- Each serving is 32 calories, 1/2 vegetable and fat exchange.
- Use for chicken or any kind of meat.
