Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Portabello Mushroom Tortelloni
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkg. (15 oz.) DI GIORNO Marinara Sauce

Method

  • Prepare pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray.
  • Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat until cooked through.
  • Add green pepper; cook and stir 1 minute.
  • Stir in sauce; cook on low heat 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  • Toss with pasta.
  • Sprinkle with DI GIORNO Grated Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
