Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Portabello Mushroom Tortelloni
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 pkg. (15 oz.) DI GIORNO Marinara Sauce
Method
- Prepare pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Add green pepper; cook and stir 1 minute.
- Stir in sauce; cook on low heat 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
- Toss with pasta.
- Sprinkle with DI GIORNO Grated Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
