Ingredients

  • 1 -1 12 lb beef round steak
  • 14 cup flour
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 12 cup water
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 -12 crepes

Method

  • Cut meat into thin strips, coat with flour.
  • In skillet, brown meat, onion, garlic in hot oil.
  • Stir in water, tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Cover and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat is tender.
  • Fill warm crepes with meat mixture; fold over and serve immediately.
  • Makes 10 to 12 crepes.
