Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- In large heavy skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat, until beef is browned.
- Drain off fat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, scraping up browned bits in skillet.
- Cover, simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve over fluffy mashed potatoes.
