Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. water

Method

  • In large heavy skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat, until beef is browned.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients, scraping up browned bits in skillet.
  • Cover, simmer 5 minutes.
  • Serve over fluffy mashed potatoes.
