- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Method
- Soften cream cheese in mixer bowl; beat with electric beater. Beat in Cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients until mixture is creamy.
- Stir in parsley and pimiento.
- Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to handle.
- Shape into a ball and coat evenly with the chopped nuts.
- Wrap in moisture/waterproof paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
