Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Method

  • Soften cream cheese in mixer bowl; beat with electric beater. Beat in Cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients until mixture is creamy.
  • Stir in parsley and pimiento.
  • Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to handle.
  • Shape into a ball and coat evenly with the chopped nuts.
  • Wrap in moisture/waterproof paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
