Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
- 2 small bowls Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Method
- Crush cookies and put on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Save out 1/2 cup of the crumbs.
- Melt butter and pour over crushed cookies. Put in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Mix together 1 bowl of Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Mix the pudding according to box directions.
- Put the cream cheese mixture over the cookies. Pour pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the other bowl of Cool Whip over the pudding.
- Sprinkle the 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs on top and refrigerate.
