Ingredients

  • 6 to 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 to 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tuna or deviled ham
  • dash of curry powder
  • dash of black pepper

Method

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise and put yolks in bowl.
  • Mash egg yolks and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in tuna or deviled ham and curry powder.
  • Spoon into egg whites.
  • Chill and serve.
  • Makes 6 to 12 servings.
