Ingredients
- 6 to 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 to 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (6 oz.) can tuna or deviled ham
- dash of curry powder
- dash of black pepper
Method
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and put yolks in bowl.
- Mash egg yolks and add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Stir in tuna or deviled ham and curry powder.
- Spoon into egg whites.
- Chill and serve.
- Makes 6 to 12 servings.
