Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 small box orange or peach jello
- fresh sliced peaches
- Cool Whip
Method
- Cook the cornstarch and water until thick.
- Add jello and stir until dissolved.
- When cool, pour over pie shell filled with peaches.
- Chill in refrigerator.
- Cover with Cool Whip and serve.
