Ingredients
- 1 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 lb. zucchini squash, sliced
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Fry bacon; when almost crisp, add onion, squash, salt and pepper.
- Cook until tender (about 10 minutes).
- Remove from stove; add sour cream and serve.
- Serves 6.
