Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- toasted coconut or chopped pecans
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Mix together flour, melted butter and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread over crust.
- Prepare pudding and milk according to directions.
- Cool and put on second layer.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
- Top with toasted coconut or chopped pecans.
