Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • toasted coconut or chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Method

  • Mix together flour, melted butter and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Press in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Prepare pudding and milk according to directions.
  • Cool and put on second layer.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
  • Top with toasted coconut or chopped pecans.
