- 2/3 Q ketchup
- 1/3 Q Beer
- 2/3 cup Worcestershire
- 1 cup Yellow onion (minced)
- 1/3 cup Lime Juice
- 1/8 cup Malt Vin.
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 each Chipotle Pepper in adobe sauce
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 each Bay Leaf
- 1/8 cup Yellow Mustard
- 1 tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 tbsp Creole Spice
- 1 1/3 tbsp Molasses
- 1 1/2 cup Marion Berry
Method
- Saute onion in vegetable oil until clear.
- Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10mins
- Puree with hand mixer until smooth
