Ingredients
- 2 box (8oz boxes jiffy corn bread)
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 14 oz can of cream style sweet corn
- 2/3 cup Milk
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in one big bowl and mix together until everything is well incorporated.
- Grease muffin tins and fill each one to almost the top.
- Bake on 400F for 15-20 minutes.
- Delicious and moist!
