Ingredients
- 1 deer roast
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 lb. white pork meat
- 1 apple
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
Method
- Soak meat in 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar overnight.
- Rinse, place meat in a gallon pot and cover with water.
- Add pork meat, 1 whole apple, 1 onion and 1 red pepper.
- Cook 2 hours or until fork-tender.
