Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of BBQ sauce (original)
  • 2 onions
  • Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 c. of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin
  • 2 lb. deer meat

Method

  • In a crock pot layer onions then deer meat sliced one inch thick.
  • On each layer add hot sauce, Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper. Continue to layer to the top of the crock pot.
  • On the top layer pour the Worcestershire sauce over meat then add lemon slices as top layer.
  • Cook meat until it falls apart, drain off liquid, crumble meat and add BBQ sauce.
