Ingredients
- 2 bottles of BBQ sauce (original)
- 2 onions
- Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Mrs. Dash
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 c. of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 2 lb. deer meat
Method
- In a crock pot layer onions then deer meat sliced one inch thick.
- On each layer add hot sauce, Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper. Continue to layer to the top of the crock pot.
- On the top layer pour the Worcestershire sauce over meat then add lemon slices as top layer.
- Cook meat until it falls apart, drain off liquid, crumble meat and add BBQ sauce.
