Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken
  • 6 tablespoons Paprika - mixture of hot Spanish and mild to taste/heat
  • 3 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 head Onion - chopped
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Flat Noodles

Method

  • Saute onions in oil until clear (not brown)
  • Add chicken and paprika - brown chicken - keep moving until paprika is stuck to chicken
  • Remove chicken, add stock and sour cream, whisk until blended, replace chicken
  • Bake in 350 F oven until done.
  • Sauce can be thickened after baking on stove top with hydrated flour
  • Serve over noodles
