Ingredients
- 8 pieces Chicken
- 6 tablespoons Paprika - mixture of hot Spanish and mild to taste/heat
- 3 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 head Onion - chopped
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Flat Noodles
Method
- Saute onions in oil until clear (not brown)
- Add chicken and paprika - brown chicken - keep moving until paprika is stuck to chicken
- Remove chicken, add stock and sour cream, whisk until blended, replace chicken
- Bake in 350 F oven until done.
- Sauce can be thickened after baking on stove top with hydrated flour
- Serve over noodles
