Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled Blue cheese
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Put all but Blue cheese in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass storage container.
- Stir in blue cheese (crumbled).
- Cover tightly; chill several hours.
- Makes 2 1/2 cups.
