Ingredients
- 1 box thin chocolate wafers
- 2/3 c. butter (room temperature)
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 pkg. bittersweet chocolate (1 oz. each)
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Method
- Crush chocolate wafers until very fine.
- Mix with 2 tablespoons oleo (room temperature).
- Reserve 1/3 cup for topping and press the remaining crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cool.
