Ingredients

  • 2 Packages (about 24 oz) Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Tsp Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (optional, but awesome)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a non-stick pot over low heat until fully combined and smooth.
  • Line a casserole dish or deep pan with wax paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • Pour mixture into wax paper and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Pull fudge-filled wax paper from dish and peal wax paper from fudge.
  • Cut into cubes as desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate in tupperware (separate cubes with wax paper so they don't stick together).
