Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. coconut
- 3/4 stick margarine
Method
- Stir together the sugar, pineapple, eggs, flour and coconut. Melt margarine; combine with other ingredients.
- Pour filling into 9-inch pie shell.
- Bake for 60 minutes at 350°, until filling is set and brown.
