Ingredients
- 4 c. young dandelion greens
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- pinch of dill weed
- 1 tsp. butter
Method
- Place washed greens in salad bowl.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Pour over dandelion greens.
- Mix well and serve hot.
