Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 c. flour
Method
- Blend all crust ingredients together; press onto bottom and sides of 9 inch cake pan.
- For filling, combine fruit with sugar and flour; spoon over crust.
- Make custard by beating together egg and cream; pour over filling.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Yield: 10 servings.
