Ingredients
- 1 lb Peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Sprinkle crack black pepper
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
Method
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper
- Heat butter in a skillet and add the curry powder
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes then add your garlic and onion, stir
- Cover and let the shrimp simmer for 5 minutes or how you like your shrimp done.
