Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 or more hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with raw cauliflower and broccoli florets, carrot and celery sticks, mushroom caps, cucumber slices and bell pepper strips arranged around a small bowl of dip on a tray.
