Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned and halved
- 1 stalk celery, sliced thick on angle
- 1 parsley sprig
- 4 lemon slices (thick slices)
- 1 onion, diced (large)
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
Method
- Place chicken first, celery stalk, parsley, lemon slices, diced onion, celery seed, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
- Cover in water and cook, covered, about 18 minutes, depending on size of chicken breasts.
- When chicken is done, drain and discard other ingredients.
- Cut chicken in long slices or dice (large).
- Place green onion, other celery stalk and paprika.
