Ingredients
- 4 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. plain flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Melt together chocolate and butter.
- Mix flour and sugar; add eggs one at a time stirring as little as possible.
- Add chocolate mixture, vanilla and pecans.
- Bake in muffin pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.
