Ingredients
- 5 to 6 cucumbers
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 mayo and 1/2 plain yogurt
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Let vinegar and sugar sit for 1/2 hour.
- Add mayo and whisk or blend.
- Add milk; mix.
- Set this mixture aside and peel and slice cucumbers.
- Place cukes in a bowl.
- Whisk liquid and pour over the cukes.
- Refrigerate.
