Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 24 slices party rye bread
  • 3 (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine Lace Deli Reduced Fat Swiss, cut into quarters diagonally
  • 24 thin slices cucumber
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  • Coarse ground pepper

Method

  • Combine cream cheese, chives and onion in bowl; mix well.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese onto 1 side of each bread slice.
  • Top each bread slice with 1 triangle cheese, 1 slice cucumber and 1 slice tomato.
  • Sprinkle with pepper.
