Ingredients
- 2 seedless English cucumbers
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz. smoked salmon
- 3 to 4 drops lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Method
- Cut each cucumber into approximately 20 rounds each.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in mixing bowl of food processor. Process until smooth.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Place mixture in pastry sleeve with leaf tip and pipe small amount on each cucumber round. If you don't have a pastry sleeve, just spoon a small amount on each cucumber round.
