Ingredients

  • 2 seedless English cucumbers
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 oz. smoked salmon
  • 3 to 4 drops lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy cream

Method

  • Cut each cucumber into approximately 20 rounds each.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients in mixing bowl of food processor. Process until smooth.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Place mixture in pastry sleeve with leaf tip and pipe small amount on each cucumber round. If you don't have a pastry sleeve, just spoon a small amount on each cucumber round.
