Ingredients
- 1 peck cucumbers
- 1 c. salt
- 2 qt. vinegar
- 1 qt. water
Method
- Wash cucumbers and put in enamel container.
- Add 1 cup of salt and cover with boiling water.
- When vinegar and water come to a boiling point, pack in jars.
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt to each quart jar.
- Cover with hot mixture and seal.
