Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 large cauliflower
Method
- Place clean cauliflower in salted water to cover.
- Bring to boil and cook 15 to 20 minutes (until tender).
- Drain.
- Place the whole cauliflower in a shallow baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard and spread it over the cauliflower.
- Sprinkle until covered with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in 350° oven until melted and slightly brown and bubbly.
- Serves 6 to 8.
