Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium can chinese noodles
Method
- Flake tuna. Add carrots, celery, onion and mayonnaise. Chill. Fold in noodles just before serving. Place salad on large lettuce leaf. Serve with a roll and fruit.
