Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 - 1 c. minced peanuts
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. maple flavored syrup
- 2 (10 ounce.) cans refrigerated flaky biscuits
Method
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a bundt cake pan.
- (Don't use oil.)
- In saucepan heat butter; stir in peanuts, brown sugar and syrup.
- Pour about 1/4 c. of this sugar mix into the greased pan.
- Separate the biscuits and stand on end, slightly overlapping, around the pan, making a ring.
- Pour remaining sugar mix over the biscuits.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 min till a deep golden.
- Cold 3 min; turn upside down onto serving plate.
