Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 - 1 c. minced peanuts
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. maple flavored syrup
  • 2 (10 ounce.) cans refrigerated flaky biscuits

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a bundt cake pan.
  • (Don't use oil.)
  • In saucepan heat butter; stir in peanuts, brown sugar and syrup.
  • Pour about 1/4 c. of this sugar mix into the greased pan.
  • Separate the biscuits and stand on end, slightly overlapping, around the pan, making a ring.
  • Pour remaining sugar mix over the biscuits.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 min till a deep golden.
  • Cold 3 min; turn upside down onto serving plate.
