Ingredients

  • 2 lb smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb napa cabbage, finely shredded
  • 7 oz red pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 5 oz red radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup roasted brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
  • -1 None Chili Lime Dressing
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 None fresh long red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Method

  • Place chicken in a large serving bowl along with remaining ingredients.
  • Whisk together ingredients for the chili-lime dressing then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
