- 2 lb smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
- 1 lb napa cabbage, finely shredded
- 7 oz red pepper, coarsely chopped
- 5 oz red radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
- 4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup roasted brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
- -1 None Chili Lime Dressing
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 None fresh long red chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp grated palm sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Place chicken in a large serving bowl along with remaining ingredients.
- Whisk together ingredients for the chili-lime dressing then pour over salad and toss to combine. Season.
