- 2/3 lb. ground turkey
- 1/3 lb. mild Italian sausage
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped Italian parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped white onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 c. Newcastle Brown Ale

Method
- Using hands, combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, celery salt, pepper and egg in a mixing bowl. Shape into four 1/2 in. thick patties. Dip each into flour and saute in a chicken fryer over medium heat in heated oil for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan and place on warm plate.
