Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 7 ounces croutons
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
Method
- Simmer onion and celery in butter and water until tender.
- Spread raw hamburger on bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish.
- Pour croutons into mixing bowl and pour in mixture from step one and stir. Spread this mixture over hamburger.
- Mix soups together and spread over crouton mix.
- Bake at 350 for about one hour. Enjoy!
