Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 7 ounces croutons
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Simmer onion and celery in butter and water until tender.
  • Spread raw hamburger on bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish.
  • Pour croutons into mixing bowl and pour in mixture from step one and stir. Spread this mixture over hamburger.
  • Mix soups together and spread over crouton mix.
  • Bake at 350 for about one hour. Enjoy!
