Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef cubes
  • 2 to 3 cans cream soups (may include cream of mushroom, cream of onion, cream of celery)
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • cooked egg noodles or white rice

Method

  • In a large crock-pot, combine beef, chopped onion, 2 to 3 cans of soup, 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix and sliced mushrooms. Mix thoroughly.
  • Cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 4 or more hours.
  • Serve over cooked noodles or white rice.
