Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef cubes
- 2 to 3 cans cream soups (may include cream of mushroom, cream of onion, cream of celery)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
- cooked egg noodles or white rice
Method
- In a large crock-pot, combine beef, chopped onion, 2 to 3 cans of soup, 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix and sliced mushrooms. Mix thoroughly.
- Cook on high for 1 hour, then low for 4 or more hours.
- Serve over cooked noodles or white rice.
