- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 to 3 c. water
- 2 cans kidney beans
Method
- Brown meat, onions and garlic in iron skillet.
- Place in crock-pot with remaining ingredients, except beans.
- Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
- Add beans during the last hour.
