Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. beef stew
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 6 to 8 shredded carrots
- 6 to 8 peeled potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 can water (use soup cans)
Method
- Empty into crock pot:
- tomato soup, cream of celery soup, 1 can water, beef stew and Lipton onion soup mix.
- Cut up carrots into 2 to 3-inch round slices and cut up potatoes as desired.
- Add this to crock-pot.
- Salt and pepper as directed.
- Let cook on low all day.
