Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. beef stew
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 6 to 8 shredded carrots
  • 6 to 8 peeled potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can water (use soup cans)

Method

  • Empty into crock pot:
  • tomato soup, cream of celery soup, 1 can water, beef stew and Lipton onion soup mix.
  • Cut up carrots into 2 to 3-inch round slices and cut up potatoes as desired.
  • Add this to crock-pot.
  • Salt and pepper as directed.
  • Let cook on low all day.
