Ingredients
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 cup Panko (seasoned Japanese Breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
- 3/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
- 400 grams Green Beans, Ends Trimmed
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
- Place flour and eggs in separate shallow bowls.
- In a third bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, garlic salt and pepper.
- Dredge beans in flour, then eggs, then panko mixture.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 1012 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
- Note: Make sure to use fresh, crunchy beans.
