Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 1 cup Panko (seasoned Japanese Breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
  • 3/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 400 grams Green Beans, Ends Trimmed

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Place flour and eggs in separate shallow bowls.
  • In a third bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Dredge beans in flour, then eggs, then panko mixture.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1012 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Note: Make sure to use fresh, crunchy beans.
