Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound chicken wings
  • 4 heaping tbsp. flour
  • 2 heaping tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (can use cayenne)
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • In an electric skillet, heat oil to 350 degrees.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, add in 12 chicken wings at a time, seal bag and shake.
  • When all wings are coated carefully, place in warm oil, cook 5-7 min on each side, turn and cook 5-7 min or possibly till done.
  • Drain and serve.
