Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Lightly butter a
- 6-8 inch skillet.
- Pour 1/4 c. of mixture into skillet - rotate skillet until crepe is done.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Serve.
- You can use pie filling also.
