Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 to 7 c. peeled, thinly sliced, cooked potatoes
- bread crumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a small bowl, toss together 1 cup Swiss cheese, onions and dill; set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and salt.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
