Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. pastel miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut, finely chopped

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat in melted chocolate, milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in marshmallows. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to handle. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls, then roll in coconut. Store in the refrigerator.
