Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
  • 30g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 English muffins, halved and toasted
  • Extra chives, to garnish

Method

  • Whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Pour into a hot non-stick frying pan.
  • Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula until just set.
  • Fold Philly*, chives and pepper through eggs.
  • Serve on toasted muffins.
  • Garnish with extra chives if desired.
