Ingredients
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 20 oz. pkg frozen corn
- 1 c. frozen diced hash brown potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- sweet red pepper and green pepper, diced
- 14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
- 14 3/4 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Heat oil in a dutch oven. Add garlic, onion and peppers. Cook for 1 minute. Add corn, potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil.
