Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) packagedouble fudge brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup water
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 3 12 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
- For brownies, combine brownie mix, contents of the fudge packet from mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl.
- Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread evenly in pan.
- For topping, beat cream cheese in a large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.
- Beat in eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread evenly over brownie mixture.
- Bake 45-60 minutes or until edges and top are golden brown and shiny.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.
- Cut into bars.
