Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, coarsely minced shrimp, turkey or possibly chicken
  • 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. minced red pepper or possibly minced pimento
  • 2 tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Lowfat milk, sufficient to make dish the desired consistency
  • Little sugar, optional
  • 1 tbsp. salad oil

Method

  • Saute/fry peppers and onions in oil.
  • When tender but not brown, add in other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
  • Add in lowfat milk if needed.
  • Serve over rice, noodles or possibly toasted buns or possibly bread.
