Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, coarsely minced shrimp, turkey or possibly chicken
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced red pepper or possibly minced pimento
- 2 tbsp. minced onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Lowfat milk, sufficient to make dish the desired consistency
- Little sugar, optional
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
Method
- Saute/fry peppers and onions in oil.
- When tender but not brown, add in other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
- Add in lowfat milk if needed.
- Serve over rice, noodles or possibly toasted buns or possibly bread.
