Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- chicken soup base to taste
- dash of red pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 6 to 8 slices toast
Method
- Peel and chop eggs.
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add flour and seasoning; stir until well blended.
- Add milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook until smooth.
- Add eggs to hot sauce.
- Serve on toast.
