Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 tsp. chopped pimentos
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Method

  • Fry four slices of bacon until crisp.
  • Place on a paper towel to drain.
  • In the bacon fat, brown 1/2 cup chopped green pepper until soft.
  • Mix together a can of cream-style corn, the bacon (crumbled), green pepper, 3 teaspoons chopped pimentos, a slightly beaten egg and 1/2 can French fried onion rings.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Use remaining onion rings as topping.
