Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 mild onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. milk
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 8 to 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Fry together butter and onion until brown.
- Add flour and stir.
- Add canned soup, milk and broccoli.
- Simmer 15 minutes or until broccoli is cooked.
- Add shredded Cheddar cheese and simmer 10 minutes.
